Canning Blessings with Ancient Techniques
This Matcha bowl is a modern interpretation of traditional Shino glaze by Mino-ware artisans. The characteristic thick glaze and natural pinhole texture of Shino-ware help maintain the tea at an ideal temperature while providing a rich, tactile experience. The surface features a full-print illustration of carp swimming through waves; the brushstrokes are fluid and full of vitality, symbolizing "auspiciousness" and "everlasting prosperity.

Thick yet not heavy, the glaze develops a charming crackle texture over time, growing in character with use.
