My first impression of EVA was bloody noise, where souls evolve through continuous reshaping, shattering, mending, and collapsing. The characters in the work also constantly struggle and suppress the traumas they suffered in the past, eventually 'awakening' from a bloody breakdown.
With "Noise" as the theme, it summarizes the collapse of the soul's vessel amidst bloody trauma. The colors chosen are red, white, and black. The main imagery depicts angels, awakening, and grand scenes before fierce battles with the Angels. The inverted triangle is also one of the concepts, symbolizing the Holy Grail and a barrier's counter-force. In the work, the interpretation of the Holy Grail aims to express a pouring cup, filled with bloody trauma, representing the container of the soul.
